Black Bean and Roasted Red Pepper Salad
- 3-3/4 qt. canned black beans, rinsed, drained
- 1-1/2 qt. canned or frozen whole kernel corn
- 1-1/4 qt. tomatoes, seeded, chopped
- 2 cups chopped red onion
- 1-1/2 cups fresh parsley, chopped
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT Signature Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette Dressing
- Mix beans, corn, tomatoes, red onions and parsley in large bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
