Chicken and Rice
- 4 pieces chicken
- 2 cups Minute Rice
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans beef consomme
- 12 cup flour
- salt and pepper
- oil (for frying)
- Salt and pepper chicken.
- Lightly flour chicken.
- Fry chicken until brown on both sides.
- Put rice in bottom of casserole dish.
- Place chicken on top of rice.
- Pour in beef consomme.
- Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until chicken is done.
