White Chocolate Candy Cane Popcorn

  1. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Pour popcorn into a large bowl (make sure to remove any un-popped kernels).
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a medium bowl, melt white chocolate wafers in the microwave on medium power for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds.
  6. Once chocolate is completely melted and smooth, remove from microwave.
  7. Pour white chocolate over popcorn and lightly toss to coat.
  8. Add the food coloring and stir to combine.
  9. Gently fold in Oreos.
  10. Spread popcorn onto prepared tray and let it sit for 20 minutes, or until chocolate has hardened.
  11. Using a spoon, break popcorn into small chunks.
  12. Pour into a large bowl and add Hersheys Kisses.
  13. Enjoy!
  14. Popcorn will keep in a covered container for up to one week.
