White Chocolate Candy Cane Popcorn
- 8 cups Popcorn (popped)
- 10 ounces, weight White Chocolate Wafers (I Used Ghirardelli Brand) Or White Chocolate Chips
- 4 Drops Red Food Coloring
- 2 cups Mini Candy Cane Oreos
- 1 cup Candy Cane Hershey Kisses, Unwrapped
- Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Set aside.
- Pour popcorn into a large bowl (make sure to remove any un-popped kernels).
- Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, melt white chocolate wafers in the microwave on medium power for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds.
- Once chocolate is completely melted and smooth, remove from microwave.
- Pour white chocolate over popcorn and lightly toss to coat.
- Add the food coloring and stir to combine.
- Gently fold in Oreos.
- Spread popcorn onto prepared tray and let it sit for 20 minutes, or until chocolate has hardened.
- Using a spoon, break popcorn into small chunks.
- Pour into a large bowl and add Hersheys Kisses.
- Enjoy!
- Popcorn will keep in a covered container for up to one week.
