A Cherry Tale
- 1/4 cup superfine sugar
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 12 ounces ice cubes (about 2 to 3 cups)
- 4 ounces cherry juice
- 4 ounces pear nectar
- In a small bowl, combine sugar with 1/4 cup warm water.
- Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Stir in lemon and lime juice.
- In a blender, combine ice, cherry juice, pear nectar and 4 ounces lemon-lime mix.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into cocktail glasses and serve.
