All-Purpose Tuna Salad For Tuna Salad Sandwiches
- 2 can Canned tuna (light) (58 kcal per can)
- 4 tbsp Red onion (minced)
- 1 tsp Dill (or parsely)
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 4 Sliced sandwich bread
- 1 Margarine
- Mince the red onion and dill.
- Thoroughly drain the oil from the canned tuna, then lightly flake the meat.
- Combine the ingredients from Step 1 with all of the seasonings, and stir together until creamy.
- Toast the sliced bread until crisp and brown, spread one slice with margarine, sandwich a generous amount of tuna salad using the other slice, then serve.
