100% Okara Heavenly Honey Cake
- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 2 grams Baking powder
- 60 grams Honey
- 1 Egg
- Combine the okara and baking powder in a plastic bag.
- Shake and mix fully.
- Add honey and eggs.
- Rub the bag until everything blends together.
- Remove the dough from the bag.
- No need for a bowl if you cut open the bag as above .
- Divide into 15 portions.
- Form into balls.
- Flatten to about 1cm thickness.
- Heat a non-stick pan over high heat.
- Cook the dough until both sides are browned.
- Refer to helpful hints.
- Cover the pan (you could also use aluminum foil) and cook for another 3-4 minutes over low heat to finish.
