  2. Toast your bread.
  3. Fry egg hard.
  4. Spread chopped pitted green olives and garlic on toast.
  5. Lay fried egg over green olives and garlic mixture.
  6. Arrange anchovies and green beans atop fried egg.
  7. Crush potato chips and sprinkle over top of po boy and cover with sriracha.
