Open Faced Nicoise Po' Boy Recipe kimoscio
- toast (one slice)
- fried egg (one egg fried hard)
- anchovies (approximately 5)
- pitted green olives (half cup)
- garlic (1 tsp)
- sriracha (to taste)
- green beans (six green beans - steamed unless canned)
- Potato Chips (Kettle brand salt & fresh ground pepper)
- Roughly chop pitted green olives and garlic.
- Toast your bread.
- Fry egg hard.
- Spread chopped pitted green olives and garlic on toast.
- Lay fried egg over green olives and garlic mixture.
- Arrange anchovies and green beans atop fried egg.
- Crush potato chips and sprinkle over top of po boy and cover with sriracha.
