Bow-Tie Pasta with Ham and Peas
- 3 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
- 3/4 cup milk
- 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 ham steak(175 g), chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook and stir milk, cream cheese, 1/3 cup Parmesan, butter, pepper and garlic powder in medium saucepan on medium-low heat until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Stir in ham and peas; cook 2 min.
- or until heated through.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
- Add sauce and remaining Parmesan; toss to coat.
