Sweet-Sour Won Bok Rolls

  1. Combine
  2. pork,treen
  3. onion,
  4. water
  5. chestnuts, egg, 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce and salt; mix well.
  6. Place 1/4 cup of filling
  7. on each won bok leaf;
  8. roll.
  9. Place won bok rolls in skillet; add water and simmer 45 minutes, covered.trrange rolls on serving platter.
  10. Combine remaining ingredients; add totiquid in skillet.
  11. Simmer until gravy thickens, stirring constantly. Pour over won bok rolls.
  12. Makes 6 servings.
