Sweet-Sour Won Bok Rolls
- 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 12 won bok leaves, blanched
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- Combine
- pork,treen
- onion,
- water
- chestnuts, egg, 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce and salt; mix well.
- Place 1/4 cup of filling
- on each won bok leaf;
- roll.
- Place won bok rolls in skillet; add water and simmer 45 minutes, covered.trrange rolls on serving platter.
- Combine remaining ingredients; add totiquid in skillet.
- Simmer until gravy thickens, stirring constantly. Pour over won bok rolls.
- Makes 6 servings.
