Tofu & Natto Gratin
- 150 grams Tofu (silken)
- 1 pack Natto (mixed with the included sauce and mustard)
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 leaves Shiso (minced)
- 1 Egg
- Put the tofu in a bowl (don't drain it), add the ingredients and lightly mix together.
- It's okay if it's not mixed completely.
- Put Step 1 into a heat-resistant dish and top with the natto.
- Drop the whole egg into the center and bake in the toaster oven until the egg is cooked to your preference.
