Russian Creamy Mold Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn strawberries (partially thawed)
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced peaches, diced
- 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 2 ounce. coconut
- 2 ounce. minced nuts
- Dissolve Jello in 1 c. boiling water.
- Let Jello, gel till slightly thickened.
- Add in lowfat sour cream, peaches and strawberries and blend with mixer.
- Add in coconut and nuts.
- Pour into 5 c. mold or possibly nice crystal bowl.
- Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
- I use the small Tupperware mold.
- It works beautifully.
