Russian Creamy Mold Recipe

  1. Dissolve Jello in 1 c. boiling water.
  2. Let Jello, gel till slightly thickened.
  3. Add in lowfat sour cream, peaches and strawberries and blend with mixer.
  4. Add in coconut and nuts.
  5. Pour into 5 c. mold or possibly nice crystal bowl.
  6. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  7. I use the small Tupperware mold.
  8. It works beautifully.
