Frozen Chocolate S'Mores
- 18 graham crackers, broken in half (36 squares)
- 3 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- 2-1/4 tsp. multi-colored sprinkles
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- Spread 18 of the graham squares with chocolate; top with sprinkles.
- Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until creamy.
- Gradually add milk, beating until blended after each addition.
- Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min.
- Stir in marshmallows.
- Spread onto remaining plain 18 graham squares; top with the chocolate-topped graham squares, chocolate sides down.
- Place in single layer on baking sheet; cover with plastic wrap.
- Freeze 5 hours or until firm.
