Classic Crab Casserole
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. small shell macaroni
- 1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. lite salt (optional)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1 qt. skim milk
- 3 (7 1/2 oz. size) cans king crabmeat, drained
- 1 (3 oz.) can button mushrooms, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
- 2 c. Alpine Lace nonfat Cheddar cheese or 16 oz. Kraft Free cheese slices
- 1/2 c. Sargento lite grated Mozzarella cheese
- Cook macaroni as package directs; drain.
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
