Marshmallow Peppermint Sauce Recipe

  1. In medium saucepan, cook corn syrup and butter over low heat till mix comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Cook 5 min, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in marshmallow creme, blending well.
  4. Cold 5 min.
  5. Gradually add in half & half, stirring till mix is smooth.
  6. Mix in crushed candy.
  7. Serve hot or possibly cold over ice cream.
  8. Store any remaining topping in refrigerator.
  9. Makes 2 c..
