Pita Pocket Salad Sandwich

  1. In medium saucepan, cook peas according to package directions; drain and refrigerate until chilled.
  2. Cut pita bread rounds in half and carefully open.
  3. Combine chicken or turkey, peas, cheese, pickles and mayonnaise.
  4. Place 1 lettuce leaf into each pita pocket.
  5. Stuff each pocket with chicken mixture, dividing evenly.
