Eggs de Provence
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 large tomato chopped
- 1/3 cup Romano parmigiano cheese grated
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Chop your onions tomatoes and ham heat butter add everything together
- Beat your eggs and add then Add your cheese herbs de Provence and salt stir mixing well cover and cook 7 minutes
- Add yor parsley across top recover take off heat 3 minutes serve hope you enjoy
