Glazed Kielbasa

  1. Bring kielbasa and wine to boil in large skillet on medium heat; cover.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Add mustard and brown sugar; mix well.
  4. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, uncovered, 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened and kielbasa is well glazed, stirring frequently.
  6. Stir in parsley and pepper just before serving.
