Ham And Chicken Casserole
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 c. fully cooked ham, cubed
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 c. whole pimiento-stuffed olives
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
- 3 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
- In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine ham, chicken, peppers, olives, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and onions.
- Fold in noodles.
- Pour into greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325u0b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
