Salisbury Steak Patties Recipe

  1. Combine beef, egg, lowfat milk, crumbs with seasonings; form into 4 patties.
  2. Fry slow, 10 min on each side.
  3. Mix liquid from mushrooms with cornstarch, place mushroom with cornstarch mix into bouillon in skillet.
  4. Cook, stirring till sauce is transparent and thickened.
  5. 4 servings.
