Marinated Baked Chicken Breasts

  1. Combine salad dressing and soy sauce.
  2. Pour 3/4 cup of marinade into resealable plastic bag, add chicken.
  3. Seal the bag and turn to coat.
  4. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning several times.
  5. Refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
  6. Preheat oven to 350F.
  7. Place chicken, skin side up in a roasting pan.
  8. Pour marinade from the bag over chicken.
  9. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
  10. Bake, uncovered, for 45-60 minutes until juices run clear, brushing occasionally with reserved marinade.
  11. I like to turn on the broiler for the last few minutes to crisp up the skin nicely.
