Easy Bacon Eggs Benedict

  1. Mix yogurt, mayo and mustard in small saucepan; heat on low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
  2. Place 4 bacon pieces on each English muffin half; top each with 1 tomato slice and 1 egg.
  3. Spoon warm yogurt mixture over eggs; sprinkle with paprika or chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
