Easy Bacon Eggs Benedict
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp.
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Ready to Serve Bacon, cut in half
- 2 English muffins, split, toasted
- 4 slices tomato (optional)
- 4 poached or fried eggs
- Mix yogurt, mayo and mustard in small saucepan; heat on low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
- Place 4 bacon pieces on each English muffin half; top each with 1 tomato slice and 1 egg.
- Spoon warm yogurt mixture over eggs; sprinkle with paprika or chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
