Macaroni Salad With Italian Cheese Dressing

  1. Combine macaroni, ham, celery, carrots, 1/4 cup olives, the onion and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Gorgonzola cheese and lemon juice.
  3. Pour over macaroni mixture. Toss.
  4. Refrigerate covered 2 or 3 hours.
  5. Place about 1 1/4 cups salad mixture in each lettuce cup.
  6. Garnish with sliced green olives.
