VELVEETA Cheesy Chicken Chili
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) white beans, drained
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (4 oz.) green chiles, undrained
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- Cook chicken and onions in large saucepan sprayed with cooking spray 7 min.
- or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in seasonings; cook and stir 1 min.
- Add beans, broth and chiles; stir.
- Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
- Stir in VELVEETA; cook until melted, stirring frequently.
