Hot Drinking Chocolate

• 500 ml milk
• 100 g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 tablespoons grated dark chocolate

1. Place milk and dark chocolate in a saucepan.
2. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts.
3. Blend a little hot milk into egg yolks.
4. Add remaining hot milk and beat together using electric mixer till mixture is frothy.
5. Serve immediately with some grated chocolate on top.
