Easy Chicken Pot Pie
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of potato soup (can substitute Cream of Celery, Cream of Chicken, etc.)
- 1 (16 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 12 cup milk
- 14 teaspoon thyme
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 frozen pie crusts, thawed
- chicken meat
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine ingredients and pour into 1 pie crust shell.
- Cover with remaining crust and slit to vent.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
