Tuna Melt w/ Bacon

  1. Cook bacon according to liking.
  2. When done, set aside for later.
  3. While bacon is cooking.
  4. Drain tuna from can and place in bowl.
  5. Add mayo, french onion dip, green onions, and all seasonings to bowl and mix.
  6. Coat frying pan with butter.
  7. Once pan is heated, place slice of bread in pan.
  8. Then put half of tuna mixture (or amount preferred) on slice of bread in pan.
  9. Place bacon on top of tuna mixture.
  10. Placement and/or amount of bacon is up to you.
  11. I like about 1 1/2 slices on bacon.
  12. Add your choice of cheese and amount of cheese on top of bacon.
  13. I used shredded sharp cheddar.
  14. Place second slice of bread on top of cheese, and press down with spatula.
  15. Flip the sandwich.
  16. You can add more butter to the pan before you flip if you prefer.
  17. Then press again with spatula.
  18. When both sides are nicely toasted.
  19. Plate and cut in half if wanted.
  20. Enjoy
