Light Spiced Chai

  1. Measure the loose chai into an infusion basket.
  2. Insert the basket into a teapot.
  3. Boil the water.
  4. Immediately pour the water into the teapot, over the chai.
  5. Steep for 4-5 minutes, then remove the infusion basket.
  6. Get 4 mugs.
  7. Pour 6 oz of the brew into each mug.
  8. Add 1 tsp of muscovado brown sugar to each mug, and stir until dissolved.
  9. Add 2 Tsp of fat free milk to each mug.
