Cheesy Mashed Potato Pork Rolls

  1. Boil 6~7 potatoes, and mash well.
  2. Add flour, salt, pepper, and consomme soup stock granules, and knead together thoroughly.
  3. Roll it up into the size of a ping pong ball, and stick a piece of cheese sliced in half inside.
  4. Shape the potato-cheese into small balls, and wrap in the pork meat.
  5. Put the wrapped balls in a preheated frying pan in a single layer, and pan-fry over low heat until browned.
  6. Flip over, cook until browned all over, and they're done.
  7. Serve with boiled green beans and bean sprouts plus cherry tomatoes.
