Cheesy Mashed Potato Pork Rolls
- 300 grams Potatoes
- 100 grams Pork belly meat (for shabu shabu)
- 4 slice Cheese
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Consomme Soup stock granules
- Boil 6~7 potatoes, and mash well.
- Add flour, salt, pepper, and consomme soup stock granules, and knead together thoroughly.
- Roll it up into the size of a ping pong ball, and stick a piece of cheese sliced in half inside.
- Shape the potato-cheese into small balls, and wrap in the pork meat.
- Put the wrapped balls in a preheated frying pan in a single layer, and pan-fry over low heat until browned.
- Flip over, cook until browned all over, and they're done.
- Serve with boiled green beans and bean sprouts plus cherry tomatoes.
