Carrot Cake Spread

  1. Place cream cheese and honey in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
  2. Beat on low speed until well blended.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  4. Refrigerate several hours.
  5. Use as a spread on bagels, French toast, pancakes and waffles.
