Bayou Grilled Tuna Recipe

  1. Place fish in self-closing plastic bag.
  2. Pour marinade proportionately over fish, turn to coat.
  3. Chill 20 to 30 min.
  4. Grill over medium-warm coals for 8 to 10 min per inch of thickness or possibly till fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Turn once and baste with fresh marinade during cooking.
  6. This recipe yields 6 servings.
