Bayou Grilled Tuna Recipe
- 3/4 c. McCormick Golden brown Dipt Fat-Free Honey Soy Marinade
- 1 1/2 lb tuna steaks
- Place fish in self-closing plastic bag.
- Pour marinade proportionately over fish, turn to coat.
- Chill 20 to 30 min.
- Grill over medium-warm coals for 8 to 10 min per inch of thickness or possibly till fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Turn once and baste with fresh marinade during cooking.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
