Chicken Veggie Ranch Sandwich
- 1 whole Oroweat Multigrain Sandwich Thin
- 1/2 cups Shredded Red Or Green Leaf Lettuce
- 1/2 whole Red Bell Pepper, Cut Into Slices
- 1 Tablespoon Fat Free, Light, Or Regular Ranch Dressing
- 2 ounces, weight Cooked, Sliced Chicken (optional)
- 1 slice Red Onion (optional)
- Open the sandwich thin.
- Place washed lettuce on 1 slice of bread.
- Place vegetables and onion (optional) on top of the lettuce.
- Top with chicken (optional) and pour ranch dressing on top.
- Place the other piece of bread on the top of the sandwich and enjoy!
- Vegetarian option: Easily change the recipe to a veggie ranch sandwich.
- Same great taste!
- Try it with zucchini, cucumber, and bell pepper.
