Pittsburgh BBQ Ham
- 4 ounces hunt's ketchup
- 4 ounces kc masterpiece barbecue sauce
- 8 ounces water
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 dash vinegar
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 6 hamburger buns
- 1 lb leftover ham, diced
- 6 slices onions
- 6 hamburger dill pickles
- mayonnaise
- Open a beer and mix up the ketchup, bbq sauce, water, mustard, vinegar and cinnamon in a large sauce pan over low heat.
- Once its all blended pour into a bigger pan or skillet over the ham and let simmer for a while.
- Turn it off and heat up buns, put mayonnaise on buns, load with sauce covered ham, top with onion and pickle.
- cover and serve with lay's potato chips.
