Pittsburgh BBQ Ham

  1. Open a beer and mix up the ketchup, bbq sauce, water, mustard, vinegar and cinnamon in a large sauce pan over low heat.
  2. Once its all blended pour into a bigger pan or skillet over the ham and let simmer for a while.
  3. Turn it off and heat up buns, put mayonnaise on buns, load with sauce covered ham, top with onion and pickle.
  4. cover and serve with lay's potato chips.
