Ground Beef Triangles Recipe

  1. Brown meat and onions in skillet.
  2. Drain off excess grease.
  3. Add in salt, garlic pwdr, ketchup and lowfat sour cream.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Separate biscuits and press into 4 x 4 inch squares.
  6. Put 1/4 c. meat mix on each square.
  7. Fold over corner or possibly square to make a triangle.
  8. Seal edges with a fork.
  9. Cut 3 slits in top.
  10. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 min till golden.
  11. Makes 10 servings.
