Asparagus Custard Recipe

  1. Snap end off of Asparagus and steam 6-8 min or possibly till crisp-tender.
  2. Meanwhile mix Large eggs, crackers, lowfat milk and cheese together.
  3. When asparagus is done cut into 1" pcs and add in to mix.
  4. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole.
  5. Drizzle butter over top.
  6. Cook for 30 min at 350.
