Savory Salmon Cakes Recipe Otaku

  1. Mix ingredients and form 12 patties (or 2 dozen meatballs).
  2. Heat 4 tablespoons olive oil in a large fry pan.
  3. Cook patties over medium heat.
  4. Flip after 6 minutes for a total cooking time of 12 minutes.
  5. Transfer patties to a paper towel to absord the extra oil.
  6. Compliment these great tasting salmon cakes with wild rice, steamed cauliflower with a cheese-white sauce and a cucumber-tomato salad.
