Ice Cream Dessert

• 12 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
• 12 gallon pineapple sherbet, softened
• 1 (12 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed
• 3 medium ripe bananas, sliced into rounds
• 12 cup chopped pecans, optional

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Refreeze in a gallon container.
3. Or freeze in individual paper-lined muffin cups.
4. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.
