Baked Flounder With Crab Stuffing

  1. Slice across flounder 3 or 4 times on each side.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put in a large flat baking pan sprayed with Pam.
  4. Mix crabmeat, dressing mix, onion, bell pepper, egg, water, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Stuff neck of flounder. Put other stuffing in pan around fish.
  5. Cover flounder with bacon strips and raw onion rings.
  6. Onion goes on first.
  7. Bake in a 500u0b0 oven for 15 minutes. Then lay a piece of foil loosely over it and set oven at 375u0b0 for 20 minutes. Add layer of catsup over fish and cook 5 more minutes.
  8. Cut oven off and leave flounder in oven 10 minutes longer.
