Easy Crab Wontons

  1. Mix crabmeat, cream cheese, steak sauce and garlic powder together in a medium bowl.
  2. Place 1 1/2 tsp of crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold in half diagonally; press edges to seal.
  4. Repeat with remaining filling and wonton wrappers.
  5. Heat 1/4 inch oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. When oil is hot (350F), fry wontons until lightly browned, about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

  9. Remove to a paper towel-lined platter to drain before serving.
