Hamilton Beach Salsa Con Queso
- 1 lb package pasteurized prepared cheese, cubed
- 2 cups salsa
- 4 ounces can chopped green chilies
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
- Place cubed cheese, salsa, chilies, chili powder, and garlic powder in stoneware dish.
- Cover and cook on MEDIUM for 1 hour.
- Stir and continue to cook until mixture is heated.
- Stir in Monterey Jack cheese just prior to serving.
