Braised Shitake Mushrooms In Oyster Sauce

  1. quick wash the mushroom
  2. soak the dry shiitake mushroom in warm water for 5 minute till soft then trim the stem
  3. squeze dry the mushroom and preserved the soak water
  4. use 2 tbsp of corn starch rub on mushroom gently set a side for 2 minute then rinse with water and squeze dry
  5. in pan put little oil then fine dce garlic and shallot with the mushroom preserved water, mushroom,rock sugar and bring to boil
  6. add seasoning bring it to a boil then simmer for 5 minute then add cornstarch water till gravy start thickening
