Asian Beef & Noodles

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat until beef is not longer pink, breaking it up.
  2. Remove with slotted spoon; pour off drippings.
  3. Season beef with one seasoning packet from the noodles; set aside.
  4. In same skillet, combine 2 cups water, vegetables, noodles (broken up), ginger and remaining seasoning packet.
  5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
  6. Cover; simmer 3 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
  7. Return beef to skillet, stir in green onion.
