Chicken and Broccoli Pasta
- 375g fettuccine
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 chicken fillets, roughly chopped Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup cream combined with
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook pasta according to packet directions.
- Drain.
- Heat a little oil in a saucepan, cook onion and garlic until onion is soft.
- Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add cream and cornflour mixture, broccoli and parmesan cheese, cook over a low heat for 2 minutes or until broccoli is just cooked.
- Serve chicken and broccoli sauce over hot pasta.
- Sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese.
