Brazilian Iced Coffee Recipe

• 1 1/2 ounce. (1 jigger) rum
• 1/2 c. strong coffee
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 ounce. cream
• Ice cubes

1. Shake ingredients vigorously in a cocktail shaker or possibly use a blender.
2. Serve over ice in a double old-fashioned glass.
