Maltese baked macaroni
- 1 kg mince
- 1 can pasta sauce chunky
- 1 onion
- 6 eggs
- 1 penne pasta
- Boil water and add pasta and a Little salt
- Cook onion and mince
- Add sauce to mince
- Mix six eggs and a dash of milk as if your making scrambled eggs
- Once pasta is soft and mince is cooked spoon the two into a large baking dish
- Then pour egg mix on top
- Put into oven until crispy and cooked :) then enjoy
