Veggie Pita with Hummus

  1. Chop lettuce into bite size pieces.
  2. Slice pita in half and gently open to create a pocket.
  3. Spread hummus over inside of pita halves.
  4. Fill with cucumber, tomato, cheese and lettuce to taste.
