Spinach & Cheese Casserole - Spinach & Cheese Casserole

  1. Add garlic to spinach then cook according to package directions.
  2. In a sauce pan add cream cheese, whipping cream, ground mustard, and butter.
  3. Using low heat melt all ingredients together while stirring.
  4. In a medium casserole dish stir together spinach, cream cheese mixture, eggs, salt & pepper, and bacon.
  5. Place it in a 350 degree (175 C.) oven for 30 minutes.
  6. After it's done, top it with the Velveta.
