Turkey Curry (Leftovers) Or Any Fresh Meat

  1. Cut the meat into cubes and fry until golden brown in margarine.
  2. If using leftovers, this will only take a few minutes; with fresh meat, you should allow a longer time for cooking.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Put into a casserole dish.
  5. Fry chopped onions and apples and add to meat.
  6. Fry curry powder very well.
  7. Fry flour 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Gradually add stock; mix and boil 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Add seasoning, raisins, tomatoes, etc., and pour over meat.
  10. Cover casserole and cook gently in a moderately hot oven at 400u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
  11. Serve over boiled rice.
