Pantry Apple Loaf
- 1 12 apples (grated)
- 12 cup butter (melted)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 dash salt
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in a mixer.
- Sift all the dry ingredients together.
- Fold the dry mixture softly into the wet ingredients.
- Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan, Bake 425 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
