Pantry Apple Loaf

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a mixer.
  2. Sift all the dry ingredients together.
  3. Fold the dry mixture softly into the wet ingredients.
  4. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan, Bake 425 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
