Curry Chicken With Coconut Milk

  1. Chop the garlic and the onion, and saute with butter
  2. Add the chicken tights and brown well
  3. Add the coconut milk and the curry and mix well
  4. Add the potato flakes is you need to make the sauce thicker
  5. Let it cook in low for about 15 minutes
  6. Serve it with rice, and you may add shoestring potato if you wish.
