Curry Chicken With Coconut Milk
- 4 Chicken tights
- 1 can Coconut milk
- 4 tbsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Dried potato flakes
- Chop the garlic and the onion, and saute with butter
- Add the chicken tights and brown well
- Add the coconut milk and the curry and mix well
- Add the potato flakes is you need to make the sauce thicker
- Let it cook in low for about 15 minutes
- Serve it with rice, and you may add shoestring potato if you wish.
