Rice And Chicken Pie

  1. Cook rice for 7 minutes and set aside.
  2. In skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in margarine.
  3. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Cook, stirring often, until it thickens, about 3 to 4 minutes. Combine rice, 1/2 cup salsa, egg and 1 cup cheese.
  4. Press on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle in 1/2 cup cheese.
  5. Top with chicken mixture.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese; let stand for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish as desired.
  8. Serve with remaining salsa.
